Cheryl Cole is allegedly planning on taking some time out from her hectic work schedule to go on holiday with Girls Aloud bandmates Sarah Harding, Kimberly Walsh and er, Will.I.Am?

According to reports, Chezza has invited the Black Eyed Peas frontman to join her and the girls on a break to the party island as she moves on with her life from cheating footballer Ashley Cole.

A source told Now magazine: "All Cheryl wants to do is let her hair down. Her mum won't be going with her and she's eyeing up a very private residence away from prying eyes,"

Despite allegations that Cheryl is in a relationship with Will, the source also added that the X Factor judge is looking forward to being single again.

The insider claimed that Chez: "Insists that there's nothing going on with Will.I.Am, they're purely platonic."

Meanwhile Ashley, who reportedly cheated on the 3 Words singer with five different women is still said to be in shock over her decision to finally divorce him.

Now's source added: "Cheryl's kept in close text contact with him recently but never mentioned that she was going to file for divorce until they met in secret after Ashely attended the England vs Mexico game at Wembley last week,'

Cheryl has now been linked with Dancing With The Stars performer Derek Hough who joined her for a raunchy routine of Parachute on stage in Birmingham this week.
