Cheryl Cole Selling Marital Home?

Reports claim Chez is parting ways with the home she shared with Ashley...

Cheryl Cole is allegedly planning to sell the Surrey mansion she once shared with her soon-to-be ex hubby Ashley Cole.

According to The Sun, the X Factor judge will be getting rid of the £3.5 million estate when her divorce from the Chelsea footballer has been finalised.

A source told the newspaper: "Cheryl is selling up. She's already looking for a new home, but it will be a lot smaller than what she has now."

They continued: "She doesn't need a huge estate. She wants to be closer to London but stay near to Heathrow Airport to make travelling abroad easier."

Cheryl is rumoured to be ditching the UK to move to Los Angeles with her suspected boyfriend Derek Hough with the hope of launching her career Stateside.

Meanwhile, the Girls Aloud singer's pal Amir Kahn has quashed rumours that she is dating Derek.

Despite her X Factor protege Joe McElderry confirming Chez and Del were an item, the boxing champ told Grazia magazine: "He’s not her boyfriend."

He added: "They’re not going out. It’s all a cover-up to keep photographers at bay."

Derek, who has grown close to Chezza since her split from Ashley is also battling demons about his sexuality with some reports claiming he is gay.

In a previous interview, the Dancing With The Stars ace was keen to prove the gossips wrong by stating: "I’ve been called gay forever because I’m a dancer. I know what I like and I like women."
