Cheryl Cole and Ashley Cole will divorce this morning in the high court, according to reports.

Although the stars are currently on opposites sides of the world their lawyers are expected to dissolve the pair’s marriage today.

Ashley is currently training with the England team ahead of their game against Bulgaria tonight while Chezza is recording in LA.

Now they’re likely to be granted a quick ‘decree nisi’ divorce because of the footballer’s cheating.

The case is listed as CAC v AC and is top of the list of 29 divorce hearings that will take place at the High Court in London today.

Ash and Cheryl married in 2006 two years after meeting but faced allegations in the press that the Chelsea defender had been unfaithful in 2008.

The 3 Words singer is expected to keep the name Cole for future releases.
