The X Factor judge can clearly be heard at the start of the recording - apparently the first time she had heard it - saying: "I'm scared. I'm excited but scared."
Chezza's fourth solo single since she ventured from the comforts of Girls Aloud includes the lyrics: "Promise this/ If I die before I wake/ You'll promise this" and sounds very much like track Rain On Me from her 3 Words album.
Promise This, which is said to have been produced by Wayne Wilkins, the man behind her number 1 single Fight For This Love will reportedly be released next month.

In other Cheryl news, her marriage to cheating footballer Ashley Cole officially ended this morning at 10am when the Parachute singer was granted a divorce.
Neither Cheryl or Ashley were present at the High Court in Holborn this morning as the judge issued the decree-nisi for 'unreasonable behaviour' in less than a minute.
The pair are expected to split their assets 50-50, with Chezza keeping their dogs Buster and Coco and will face a 6 month 'cooling off' period before a decree-absolute is granted, ending their marriage for good.
Cheryl is expected to receive £20 million from the divorce and is said to have claimed: "Thank God the nightmare is over" after divorcing Ash with 'dignity.'
