Cheryl ‘Ready To Go Public With Relationship’

She’s arrived in London to resume her X Factor duties…

Cheryl Cole has landed back on British soil to return to work on X Factor. And now that her quickie divorce has been finalised, it’s thought the starlet won’t waste any time going public with her relationship with Derek Hough.

“They are both sick of all the pretence and keen to shove all the rumours to one side and tell their fans what is really going on,” a source told the Sunday Mirror. “Cheryl wanted to get the divorce out of the way before they made any announcement, so they are almost at the point where they can go public. It could happen literally any day.”

Cheryl flew out of Los Angeles on her own on Saturday night, but it’s thought Derek will join her in the UK in the coming weeks once he’s finished rehearsals for the next series of Dancing With The Stars.

But don’t expect the Geordie star to stick around for long – once X Factor is out of the way, Cheryl plans to relocate to Los Angeles for good. According to a friend, it’s the anonymity she loves. “Cheryl doesn’t really want to leave sunny LA,” an insider revealed. “She’s so relaxed and she can just be a normal person there – everywhere she goes in London she has people pointing at her, making her feel as if she’s in a goldfish bowl.”

Cheryl and Derek ‘celebrated’ her divorce with a dinner at the Sunset Marquis hotel in LA earlier this week. The Parachute singer is reportedly so smitten with the dancer that she bought him a £42,000 Audi A5 coupe to thank him for looking after her during her recent health woes.
