Cheryl & Ashley Cole 'Reach Financial Settlement'

As Chezza is spotted leaving a photoshoot in London...

Cheryl Cole and her love-rat hubby Ashley Cole have reportedly reached a financial settlement after their divorce lawyers met before a High Court judge yesterday.

According to The Mirror, it is thought the judge has signed a consent order to enable the couple to split their cash and assets following their decree-nisi which was granted last Friday.

The Girls Aloud star and Chelsea footballer Cole are said to be worth around £10 million each with a divorce lawyer claiming to the tabloid:  "Early rumours of a huge fight are probably unlikely. Both have so much money."

Meanwhile as Cheryl prepares to part-ways with Ashley for good, Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden has stated that Chezza 'doesn't need a man' in her life.

Holden, who claims to have met with the X Factor judge since her recovery from malaria revealed: "I had some drinks with her. She's fabulous. I think people should stop seeing her as as this little hard done-by girl,"

The BGT star added: "She's a feisty, strong girl from Newcastle and she isn't who she is through being airy fairy. She's strong and she's good. She's absolutely fine and she doesn't need a man."

Cheryl is now said to be completely single after divorcing Ash and reportedly dumping Dancing With The Stars ace Derek Hough to focus on her career.

The Fight For This Love singer seems to be throwing herself into her work after the gorgeous Geordie was spotted leaving a West London photographic studio, with rumours suggesting she was having promo pictures taken for her new album.

Cheryl was casually dressed in a black and white striped jumped, white jeans and her hair pulled back from her face in a high ponytail as she emerged from the studio, which is situated in a old car factory at Ladbroke Hall.

It is thought that Chezza's follow-up to her hugely popular 3 Words LP will be be released at the end of this year, with the star eager to debut the lead single, Promise This on the X Factor.
