Cheryl "Has Good Chance" Of Being US X Factor Judge

According to rumoured beau Derek Hough, Chezza is still in the running...

Cheryl Cole's rumoured boyfriend Derek Hough, has insisted that the 27-year old star is still in with a "good chance" at becoming a judge on the US version of The X Factor.

Although Simon Cowell is still yet to confirm who has made it as a panelist on the American series, Hough believes that Chezza is still in the running to land her dream job.

According to the Daily Star, the Dancing With The Stars performer told reporters at Heathrow airport: "Everything with Cheryl is still fine, there's nothing to worry about."

Derek added: "There's still a good chance she'll be coming over for the US X Factor, we'll just have to wait and see."

The Girls Aloud beauty touched down at LAX airport earlier today, fuelling reports that she is in America to work with a vocal coach to help iron out her Geordie twang, so US audiences will be able to understand her.

Chezza whipped up a frenzy at the airport as she was escorted through the terminal by local police, with glamour model Katie Price and Victoria Beckham also arriving at the same airport around the same time.

The Metro reports that The Flood singer has flown to LA to "work on her music" but allegations have suggested she is about to have more talks regarding US X Factor and to start her elocution lessons.
