But only if the Chelsea footballer can prove to Chez that he's trustworthy...

Cheryl Cole has allegedly told ex-hubby Ashley Cole that she will remarry him…but only if she can learn to trust him again.

According to Now magazine, the Girls Aloud beauty is ready to wed Ashley for the second time, with a friend stating they are planning to tie the knot at a private palace on the Italian Riviera.

Reports claim the Chelsea footballer has given Cheryl her third engagement ring, which is thought to contain a diamond in her favourite colour yellow, ahead of their "romantic and intimate" ceremony in Italy.

The Fight For This Love singer is also said to have made a number of rules that Cole must stick to in order for them to marry again, including no sex-texting and no secret social networking.

Despite rumours that the couple are sharing a bed again, Chezza is said to be keen for Ashley to prove that he is trustworthy again before sleeping with the 30-year old.

A source told the mag: "She's testing his resolve. She wants to wait until they're actually married to see how much he really loves her."

As well as their quickie wedding, the pal revealed: "They want to seal their love with a baby. They feel it's the missing piece of the puzzle."

Cheryl is also said to have received ex-beau Derek Hough's blessing over her reunion with Ashley, with the Dancing With The Stars performer apparently claiming that he just wants her to be happy.
