Harry Styles' Another Man photoshoot is already our favourite thing to happen all year (as well as Niall Horan's solo single, obvs), so imagine our pure joy when a story about how one of said shots actually happened was told.

You know the one where he's in a field, hair freshly cut and looking a little teary-eyed?

Well this is how photographer Ryan McGinley captured the very moment, as told by founder of the mag Alister Mackie.

"That day felt really spiritual because Ryan is so quiet and charming, and they really connected. Harry cried because he has really bad hay fever - and, while I was freaking out that his face would swell up, Ryan just kept it going.

"It ended up being so beautiful to see him crying like that - and when you work with someone as spontaneous as Ryan, that's when those magical moments happen."

Magical is really the only way to describe these photos. RIGHT?!
