Dr Dre's Son Dead

Andre Young Jr passed away over the weekend...

Dr Dres son has died aged 20.

The body of Andre Young Jr was found in his Woodland Hills home on Saturday morning (August 23), according to Los Angeles Times.

The paper states that the death of the rap superstars son has been confirmed by the Los Angeles County Coroner.

According to subsequent reports, Young went out on Friday night and returned home at 5:30am, but when his mother came into check on him at 10am, she found him unresponsive.

Youngs mother reportedly called 911 immediately. Reps for Dr Dre said: "Dr Dre is mourning the loss of his son Andre Young Jr. Please respect his family's grief and privacy at this time."

Dr Dre is currently working on his final album Detox.
