Drake To Release An R&B Mixtape

Mack Maine (Young Money President) has just updated fans on the status of Drake's upcoming project.

Maine says that after Thank Me Later, Drake can only do something more epic and that is exactly what he’s planning. The rapper will be releasing, wait for it… An R&B mixtape!

He told MTV News US: "Drake's crazy, he's doing an R&B mixtape right now. He called me one night, like 2 in the morning and he has the intro done for the new album already. We were discussing dates where he should come back, that'll be soon.

“This mixtape, he's gonna put that out quick, his formula is crazy, he works fast. I can't give the secret away to the formula, but he's a musical genius. The way he and producer 40 put things together is crazy."
