EMAs: Jay-Z Joins U2 On Stage!

The stars team up in front of the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin...

Jay-Z has all joined U2 at a massive pre-EMAs gig in front of the historic Brandenburg Gate in Berlin.

The acts convened to play live nearly 20 years to the day since the wall fell in the German capital.

U2 opened their set with One, before being joined by the "Mayor of New York City" Jay-Z for Sunday Bloody Sunday and a cover of Bob Marley's Get Up, Stand Up.

The Irish group are playing the huge free show- which is presented by MTV- to commemorate the historic anniversary.

Later U2 and Jay-Z will both perform at the Europe Music Awards along with Green Day, Leona Lewis, Tokio Hotel, Shakira, Foo Fighters and Beyonce.

But with so many superstars across town expect surprises this evening!
