FILMCLUB believes watching a range of films – especially with your friends – is a great way to experience films. Harry Potter’s Draco Malfoy, actor Tom Felton, agrees, saying:
“I think FILMCLUB and getting kids into films is a great idea but the idea of getting them into films as a group is even better. I’m actually quite a lonely goer to the cinema, I go quite often by myself but nothing beats going with a group of people.
"Even if people disagree with what you think of the film its kind of good. You kind of learn who you are by going to films with different people really. I think it’s a great way to interact with other kids and see what’s out there.”
And Jason Isaacs, who played his dad Lucius Malfoy in the series advised viewers:
“Keep choosing films that you haven't heard of, that’s my advice! I think FILMCLUB’s amazing. I’m always impressed by the films that people choose and review, and don’t just look at the things coming out. Keep going back in time because there were great films made.”
