MTV can today announce the 10 ladies with the best boobs in Hollywood 2009!

In our countdown last year Jessica Simpson came top but now things have changed.

She’s down to ninth place with Fergie joining her down there in tenth.

Also featured on our list are a member of The Hills cast, a big-voiced singer, three Hollywood stars and two massive pop artists.

We won’t spoil the surprises but click through our gallery to find out who's made the grade.

Stars who made last year's list but now miss out include Jennifer Aniston, Tyra Banks and increasingly skinny Lindsay Lohan.
