Cheryl Cole And Sarah Harding Plan 'Girly Holiday'.

Cheryl Cole has reportedly been staying closely in touch with Girls Aloud pal Sarah Harding, who is currently in rehab for alcohol dependency and depression.

Chezza has previously visited Sarah at the Arizona clinic where she is undergoing treatment, and the two are apparently planning a holiday together once Harding is well enough.

A source has told the Sun:

"Cheryl has been there for Sarah massively. They've had some heartfelt conversations on the phone. Cheryl can identify with Sarah because she's hit rock bottom in the past too.

"It's been a long time since they've spent real quality time together so they've decided to jet off for a break. They thought America will be best as they can slip under the radar easily out there. Obviously it will be a wholesome holiday."

It is hoped that Harding will be fit and well enough for the long rumoured Girls Aloud reunion shows to take place in 2012, which would see the group perform a farewell tour whilst also marking their ten year anniversary.

It is thought the girls are planning a three week run of shows across the UK, before finishing with a star studded 'Ladies' Night' concert at London's Wembley Stadium.
