Girls Aloud have premiered new song Beautiful 'Cause You Love Me today (13th November).
Cheryl Cole and Co's new track, which is taken from their forthcoming Greatest Hits album Ten, got its first play on Radio 2 at 11.30am.
Beautiful Cause' You Love Me has been written by Maiday and produced by Jim Elliot (Kylie Minogue, Ladyhawke) and will serve as the follow-up single to comeback track, Something New.
Speaking of the song, Nicola Roberts is quoted by Digital Spy as saying: 'After I heard the first line, I said, 'STOP! That's our song'", while Kimberley Walsh added: "As soon as I heard it, from the first line onwards, I agreed with Nicola – we had to get that song."
The girlband previously teased lyrics from the tune, with Chezza tweeting: "Staring into the basin I've been washing my face in, jet black mascara racing #BeautifulCauseYouLoveMe."
Kimberley wrote: "Right now the whole world could call me ugly, so what, to you, I'm not #beautifulcauseyouloveme."
Sarah Harding posted: "I can tell you the deepest and darkest of my secrets, knowing that you will keep it #beautifulcauseyouloveme."
Roberts also took to Twitter to state: "Who would've thought that I'd be so content in my own skin #beautifulcauseyouloveme."
GA appeared on Nick Grimshaw's Radio 1 Breakfast Show yesterday (12th November), where Walsh admitted she was nerves about their reunion.
The Strictly Come Dancing contestant said: "It feels really exciting to have music out there again, but it's really nerve-wracking because you don't know how it's going to be perceived and you want everyone to like it."
Cheryl added: "We don't hold back, we never have. We've always gone in there full-force. It doesn't feel like there's any expectation, it just feels fun!
"We quite like the challenge, we know we've got to make it bigger."
After their appearance, the radio station tweeted: "Nadine swore, Nicola loved Westlife, Sarah can't work Twitter, Cheryl loved Ultimate Kaos, Kimberley spilt her coffee #WeloveGirlsAloud."
Girls Aloud's new single Something New is due for release on 18th November, ahead of their greatest hits collection Ten on 26th November.
