Glastonbury Tickets Still On Sale

Unlike recent years the festival hasnt sold out in a matter of minutes

Tickets for this years Glastonbury Festival are still available over 24hrs after they went on sale.

Usually tickets to the Somerset event- which is headlined by Kings Of Leon, The Verve and Jay-Z- sell out in a few hours.

Critics have suggested fans are unhappy with the choice of a rapper as headliner.

Organiser Michael Eavis specifically brought in Jay to attract a younger audience. However it also seems likely festival goers have been put off by the weather.

The last three years at Glastonbury have all been marred by sever downpours and flooding.

Over 100,000 tickets (of 137,000) were sold yesterday (Sunday April 6) so ticket sales have by no means been a flop!
