Kitchen Nightmares USA has not been shelved - its going out in early 2009!

The US version of Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares has not been cancelled amid allegations that he had a seven-year affair.

In a statement Channel 4 said the show has already been completed and will be broadcast in the spring.

The claims come days after reports that Ramsay cheated on his wife Tana with Sarah Symonds.

Symonds famously had a relationship with politician Lord Archer and later wrote Having An Affair? A Handbook For The Other Woman.
