Gorillaz Announce Warm Up Dates
As they fight Boyzone for the album top spot…

Cartoon group Gorillaz have announced tiny UK fan club dates for next week.
The band- masterminded by Blur’s Damon Albarn- released their third album Plastic Beach this week.
Now they’ll play live for fan club members who can buy tickets from the Gorillaz.com website. These gigs will act as warm up shows before the group headline the Coachella festival.
The dates are:
Portsmouth Wedgewood Rooms (March 21)
Bristol Trinity (22)
Cambridge Junction (23)
Brighton Old Market (25)
Birmingham Irish Centre (26)
Lincoln Engine Shed (27)
It’s currently vying with Boyzone’s new album to make it to number one on the official album chart this Sunday.
