After another great Lovebox Groove Armada tell MTV News why they spend every Friday in Pete Tongs backroom

When we caught up dance duo Groove Armada backstage at their Lovebox London Weekender they looked tired. Why? Because they had gone for 2 days without sleep - coming straight from their new residency in Ibiza.

But Andy and Tom- aka Groove Armada- have been playing in Ibiza for 17 years, so what makes 2008 so special?

Andy explained: Weve always played the big three - Space, Pacha and Manumission, but this year we decided to do something different and go to Eden in San Antonio with Pete Tong.

Partner in crime Tom revealed how it came about: When Pete calls its like the Mafioso " an offer you cant turn down.

The guys began their stint on June 13th and will be at Pete Tongs Wonderland in San An every Friday for 16 weeks.

According to Andy it already encapsulates the Lovebox vibe: Weve got our own room which we stripped out and turned into a mini hacienda " its deep dark and dangerous Theres no bulls*^t. There are no ropes to separate the DJ and the crowd - its just total chaos!
