Rihanna Plays Redemption Song On Oprah For Haiti
And puts it on sale for the cause…

Rihanna covered Bob Marley classic Redemption Song on Oprah Winfrey’s chatshow yesterday in dedication to the people of Haiti.
The star then put the track on sale via iTunes with all money raised going to help the earthquake hit area.
Speaking to the host Ri’ said: “This song for me, growing up, anytime there was a difficult situation, I always listened to this song because it was so liberating
“Even now I listen to it when my back is up against the wall. I feel like the people of Haiti need to hear something inspiring."
The Umbrella singer will appear at the Hope For Haiti Now event which takes place this Friday.
She said: “Everybody needs to tune in. We need your help.”
Viewers from the UK can watch the telethon on MTV and Viva on Friday and Saturday.
