The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull Hits Cannes

Harrison Ford, Shia LaBeouf, Cate Blanchett and Steven Spielberg were a few of the stars in attendance of the world premiere of the eagerly anticipated Indiana Jones film The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

There were thousands of fans in attendance, many of which dressed as Indiana Jones to welcome the launch of the next in the legendary series of adventure films.

The film has had mixed reviews already from critics but it doesnt seem to phase Harrison Ford "I expect the whip to be turned on me... it's not unusual... I fully expect it and I am not worried about it. I work for the people who pay to get in, they are my customers."

George Lucas and Steven Spielberg haven't ruled out making a fifth Indiana movie but for the time being the fourth installment is set for a UK release this week on Thursday May 22.
