Jersey Shore stars Pauly D and Vinny have confessed they are fans of Twilight.

After New Moon walked away with five Golden Popcorn gongs at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards over the weekend, the lads from Jersey Shore graced the red carpet and told our US team they 'respect' Taylor Lautner and Robert Pattinson.

When asked if they were Team Edward or Team Jacob, 'Pauly D' DelVecchio revealed: "I'm a fan of them,"

Pauly's co-star Vinny Guadagnino added: "I wish everybody success. We're both doing our thing right now, and we're both guests at the MTV Movie Awards. Can't ask for anything more than that, you know?"

It seems they are still coming to terms with their new found fame since rocketing onto our screens earlier this year, with the Guido's claiming it is still surreal to be mingling with celebrities…especially the ones that recognise them.

Pauly said: "It blows my mind…I heard Will Ferrell, he said my name last night in a video [with] Mark Wahlberg, like, 'Who do you know from the "Jersey Shore"?' They're like, 'Pauly D.' That's crazy to me!"
