Alba announces news to friends at Baby Shower...

Jessica Alba is having a girl, according reports in the US press.

The 26-year-old celebrated the upcoming birth of her first child with an intimate baby shower in Los Angeles on Sunday.

With over 40 invited to the baby bash, Alba announced to the group that she is having a girl and a source also claims the star of Sin City and Fantastic Four received a host of pink gifts.

Jessica also registered at Bel Bambini, the same place where Christina Aguilera made a baby-gift wish list. More sources claim she is decorating her nursery with organic products eco-friendly gifts.
