Despite chart challenges from Black Eyed Peas and Mr Hudson…

JLS have held onto the top spot in the Official UK Singles Chart with their debut track Beat Again.

The boys held off Mr Hudson and Kanye West’s track Supernova which went straight in at number two.

Black Eyed Peas single Evacuate The Dancefloor is at three while Cascada and La Roux complete the Top 5.

In the album chart Michael Jackson’s Essential collection is still number one with Florence and the Machine and Lady GaGa sitting just below.

Lady GaGa’s The Fame is at three, Paolo Nutini’s Sunny Side Up album at four and La Roux’s self-titled debut sits at five.
