Johnny Depp has revealed he may not star in a fourth Pirates Of The Caribbean movie- after the Disney chairman left the company.
The actor went out of his way to phone the LA Times to tell them that he was unhappy that Dick Cook would no longer be involved in the franchise.
He said: “There's a fissure, a crack in my enthusiasm at the moment... it was all born in that office.”
Depp continued: “He said, 'We're thinking about doing this Pirates Of The Caribbean movie,' I said I was in. This was before there was a script or anything.
“When things went a little sideways on the first Pirates movie and others at the studio were less than enthusiastic about my interpretation of the character, Dick was there from the first moment. He trusted me.”
Only last week Johnny appeared at a Disney conference as his character Captain Jack Sparrow to announce that the next film would be called: Pirates Of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.
