Justin Bieber has appealed to his fans to help him out by starring in his new 3D movie.
Director Jon Chu released a video yesterday giving Bieber followers everywhere 24 hours to send in a clip of them lip-synching to the star’s song That Should Be Me.
On Twitter JB wrote: “Everyone listen to my guy @
jonmchu and GET IN THE MOVIE!! Any one any where in the WORLD can be in it and u dont need to be a member!!”
He added: “SEE U IN THE MOVIE!!!”
Chu- the man behind
Step Up 3D- also asked fans to send in a picture via the
bieberfever.com website.
According to a later tweet from the 16 year old his website servers crashed soon after the news was announced.
Chu previously said of the film: “[It's] a movie for his fans, a movie for people who don't know him, and we're gonna tell the underdog story of where he came from.
“There's not going to be acted-out scenes and I can't talk about the rest. It's not your typical concert film and it's not going to be a biopic.”
