Has Justin Bieber Cheated On Selena Gomez?

After a picture emerged of JB kissing a fan a few months ago...

Justin Bieber has allegedly been accused of cheating on his rumoured girlfriend Selena Gomez, after a picture of him snogging a fan emerged on the internet.

As we previously reported, a snap purporting to be of the 16-year old smooching with a Belieber known only as Michelle was posted on blog website ZackTaylor.ca yesterday, fuelling gossip that JB may have been unfaithful to Selena.

According to robotceleb.com, the Baby hitmaker could have been dating Gomez when the image was taken a few months ago, despite Justin only being caught kissing the Disney star on holiday recently.

Sources also told the celebrity gossip site that the boy in the snap is NOT Bieber, while others are claiming that Justin is not a love-rat, and that if it is him in the snap it was taken before he and Selena hooked-up.

Justin has also been spotted "flirting" with US singer, Christina Milian, and posed with the Dip It Low star, where she kissed his cheek.

Milian later took to Twitter to discuss the meeting, posting: "I just stole a kiss from @justinbieber :) ladies don't be mad..gents, don't hate :) lol, all love!:)"

The teen heartthrob later responded to her message, tweeting: "u dont need to steal anything ;)".

While the Pray singer's love-life may be up for debate, CBS has announced that Justin will reprise his role in US crime series CSI next month.

Bieber, who plays troubled teen Jason McCann in the show, will return to the programme in an episode entitled, Targets of Obsession, airing Stateside on 17th February.
