Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have been caught kissing hours after their first red-carpet appearance together at The Oscars.

As we previously reported, JB and Selena seemed to confirm their romance after they attended the Vanity Fair Oscar party together arm-in-arm, even wearing matching red and black outfits.

Now, the teens have been spotted sharing a smooch in front of cameras outside the bash - which is expected to break the hearts of millions of Beliebers over the world.

The pair also posed for a series of photobooth snaps at the Vanity Fair party, showing the Biebster lovingly kissing Gomez on the cheek while she had her arms draped round his neck.

Meanwhile in other Bieber news, today is Justin's 17th birthday but unlike any other teenager, the Baby singer claims he doesn't want any gifts.

Instead, the star has urged Beliebers to donate money to Charity: Water, which raises cash to provide clean water in developing countries.

Bieber explained: "Together, we've made a big difference for many causes. Did you know that about 4,500 kids die each day from waterborne disease? By building clean water projects for villages that need them, we can prevent this!"

He continued: "I want to make my birthday matter this year - let's make it so more kids can grow up to have a 17th birthday like me. Join me to make a change."

The Eenie Meenie hitmaker later took to Twitter to praise his fans for donating money, tweeting: "Thanks to all you Beliebers, we hit $7 million raised on mycharity: water today."

JB added: "So thank u to the most incredible fans in the world! Let's continue to help others and get clean water to families in need!"
