Mariah Yeater Drops Justin Bieber Paternity Suit

Her lawyers apparently quit the case after JB threatened to counter sue...

The woman who accused Justin Bieber of fathering her three-month old son has dropped her paternity suit against the singer.

Mariah Yeater, who claimed that JB got her pregnant after a backstage romp with the 17-year old in October 2010, has now decided to dismiss the suit last week after the Never Say Never hitmaker's team threatened legal action.

According to TMZ, her lawyers Lance Rogers and Matt Pare quit the case after Justin's people announced they would counter sue.

The 20-year old had previously claimed to have evidence that the Biebster was her son Tristyn's dad - despite the teen heartthrob denying her allegations.

Yeater is also said to have accused an ex-boyfriend of fathering her child before pointing the finger at Biebs.

Earlier this week, Justin revealed that he was prepared to take a paternity test in a bid to rubbish Yeater's accusations, adding that his girlfriend Selena Gomez had been supportive throughout.
