Lady GaGa & Kanye West Cancel tour

Fame Kills is off…

Kanye West and Lady GaGa have cancelled their heavily hyped joint tour Fame Kills.

The gigs were due to take place in the US throughout the Winter kicking off on November 10.

Promoters Live Nation released the news late yesterday with no reason given. Fans with tickets can get a refund from the point of purchase.

Rumours suggest Kanye may have pulled the shows after suffering negative publicity after his VMAs stage invasion. After the incident the rapper admitted he needed time off.

Just last week a racy advert for the tour was released. The stars have also been talking up how good the live show would be.

GaGa explained the Fame Kills concept saying: We're on each end of the stage, and I want to get to where Kanye is, which is 'the fame’ He wants to get where I am, which is home and humble beginnings.

“For the whole show, we are battling each other [for their positions]. It's been a really incredible creative experience.”

Sadly we’ll never see the results!
