Katy & Russell: Already Married?

Katy Perry may have accidentally revealed in a Graham Norton interview that she and Russell Brand are already married.

"Life's never dull with him, that's why I married him!" Katy beamed. As the audience let out a collective gasp, she quickly corrected herself: "That's why I'm marrying him!"

The California Gurls singer refused to admit she had given anything away, but later in the interview she inadvertently called Russell’s mum her “mother-in-law”.

Katy and Russell became engaged during a holiday in India last December after a four-month whirlwind romance. But now it seems the trip could have also included a secret wedding ceremony.

Either way, the couple have been very vocal about their planned public ceremony, thought to be taking place in September. Katy has announced she wants good friend Rihanna to strip at her hen do, while Russell promises he’s given up his womanising ways for good.

“Katy is the woman I love now. I love her. It's like the way you chat to the mother of your son and all that. It's a totally different set of feelings,” the comedian explained. “God knows what that must be like when it gets to that stage where children come along.”
