Kelly Rowland Talks When Love Takes Over

Kelly Rowland has spoken to MTV News about her collaboration with David Guetta which looks set to conquer the official UK singles chart this week.

 

The Destiny’s Child girl has changed her sound and teamed up with the French house producer for her new single.

 

She explained to us how they met: “David and I met in the South of France, I was a fan of David’s and found out we were going to be playing in the same place. I went to his gig and he killed it.

 

“To watch the people on the dancefloor and the way he controls them is crazy. He can completely change your mood and how everybody’s feeling- I was just completely moved.”

 

And Kelly admitted she loves the song so much that she cried the first time she heard the beat.

 

Rowland explained: “I just didn’t wanna say that but basically I did cry – it’s just such a big record you know, I love it and I’m so happy that he allowed me to actually bring it back here to London.”

 

Producer David Guetta added: “It’s a huge song! We were like- we have a monster! It sounded bigger than us.”
