Kim Kardashian has again quashed rumours that she is dating Kanye West, revealing that herself and the rapper "had to laugh" over the reports.

Despite her sister Khloe Kardashian claiming Kim was "boning" Yeezy, the socialite has dismissed allegations that she was dating the Power hitmaker, insisting they are just pals.

Speaking to UsMagazine.com about her new reality TV show, Kourtney & Kim Take New York, Kim addressed her rumoured romance with Kanye, stating: "We had to laugh about it."

"We were friends for years, and we brought him in to check out DASH.

"I think anytime I'm friends with someone it can't just be that, they always have to take it to another level. At this point I don't really care what people say."

She added: "I show a lot about my dating life. Which I've never done before...You'll definitely see a lot more this go round."

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, who is about the launch her music career, also revealed to the website the real reason behind her tears in the trailer for the new TV show.

When asked why she couldn't stop crying in the promo, the ex-Playboy model confessed: "It's me being told one thing and something coming out a complete different way. I just felt so taken aback and so betrayed…"

"It was the right decision in the end, but at the time I freaked out because I didn't know what was going on."
