KT Tunstall’s Garage Track

KT Tunstall has told MTV News that her new single Hold On was originally written as a Garage song.

In an exclusive video interview theScottish singer said: I Met this guy Ed Case when I first came to London. He is a Garage remixer whod recently had massive success doing Clint Eastwood for Gorillaz

We did some tunes together and one of them was Hold On, which was me over a dancehall beat. The demo is a Garage track.

For the single version which is out now Tunstall admits it was hard to change: It took me and Steve Osborne months to get it right, she told us.
