Lady GaGa reportedly gave Beyonce a diamond studded wig and underwear for her birthday last week.

It’s claimed the Paparazzi star turned up to Jay-Z’s Detroit gig over the weekend to personally hand her the presents.

The pair became mates after recording the hit Telephone together last year.

A source told The Sun: “"Gaga wanted to give her something special. The whip was made out of hundreds of diamonds and leather.

“When Beyoncé received it she squealed with excitement. The dressing room was decorated with balloons and banners.”

It’s also claimed that GaGa sung ‘Happy Birthday’ for Knowles whilst the pair hung out!
