Lady GaGa "Losing Her Hair"

As reports claim she is getting an 'egg bed' for her NYC apartment...

Lady GaGa is allegedly losing her hair after years of dying her barnet peroxide blonde.

According to The Sun, the naturally brunette star has revealed that her hair is falling out, so much so, that the Born This Way singer has said she is considering "a chemical haircut because my blonde hair is falling out".

GaGa, who is known for her eccentric style, has been warned by expert Carol Cooper to stop dying and mistreating her locks, otherwise she could end up with the condition traction alopecia.

Cooper told the tabloid: "The hair literally gets tugged out of the follicle in the scalp, causing hair loss."

She added: "This is most likely at the front or at the temples, because hairline hair is weaker than hair on the rest of the head. But traction alopecia can happen anywhere on the scalp."

Lady G has also admitted to People magazine that she has a bizarre beauty regime where she goes to bed every night wearing make-up, stating: "That's not good for your skin, but I'm blessed with good genes."

Speaking of going to bed, the Poker Face star is reportedly planning on splashing out on an 'egg bed' - much like the vessel she arrived in at this year's Grammy Awards.

News Time has claimed that the 24-year old is planning to spend $1.2million on renovating her New York apartment to showcase some of her wacky creations, including a bed that looks like an egg.

An insider revealed: "This house project is Gaga's new baby. The egg vessel is being made especially for her. She'll be able to sleep in it, in place of a double bed."

They added: "She felt so a home in the egg on stage – she spent hours in it meditating and says when she's in it she feels at peace."
