Lady GaGa has stepped out in another head-turning outfit - this time donning the iconic Versace safety-pin dress originally made famous by actress and model, Elizabeth Hurley.
The Marry The Night singer, who previously visited the Italian label's chief designer Donatella Versace during her time in Milan, sported the infamous frock when jumping into a car with photographer, Terry Richardson.
GaGa put her own unique twist on the plunging black gown, completing her look with towering platform boots, as she left the Hotel Principe di Savoia in the city.
Back in 1994, Hurley shot to fame back after wearing the dress to the premiere of Four Weddings and a Funeral with her then boyfriend, actor Hugh Grant.
Earlier this week, GaGa once again hit out at those who have criticised her recent weight gain, telling crowds at her Born This Way Ball show in Zurich: "They won't kill me. They won't stop me from speaking my mind. I will make music for you for the next 30 years.
"You know, so for like, let's cheers. Let's celebrate. To 30 more years of them calling me a sl*t. To 30 more years of them calling me a fat, attention-seeking wh*re.
"To 30 more years of people telling me to shut my mouth about equality and gay rights. May we say cheers and celebrate 30 more years of the conversation that we've started that we're never gonna finish."
