Lil Kim has been released from a US prison three months early for good behaviour.
The rapper was sentenced to 366 days inside on three counts of perjury and one count of conspiracy in March 2005 following a shooting outside a New York radio station. She began her sentence at the Philadelphia Federal Detention Centre on September 19 and was released today.
She said in a statement to the media: "I am thrilled to be coming home. I thank all my fans for all their letters, as well as my family and friends for all their support throughout the past 10 months."
Kim " real name Kimberly Jones " will now live under house arrest for 30 day and will be on probation for three years.
