Lil Wayne Recording Music With His Daughter

Weezy's ex has revealed he's working on new material with Reginae...

Lil Wayne's ex-wife has revealed that their daughter Reginae has hit the studio to record music with her famous father.

Toya Carter, who split with Weezy back in 2006, has claimed that "talented" Reginae has been making new material with the Young Money CEO, but did not specify if their hook-up would be released.

Speaking to SOHH, Carter claimed: "Yes, Reginae is very talented. She is very talented, smart and wise beyond her years. And I know Wayne feels the same way, that she's a star."

Toya added: "She been doing music with her dad lately. As long as she's doing what she has to do in school and making good grades, I'll support anything else."

Despite revealing that Weezy has been in the studio with Reginae, Toya did not confirm whether their collaboration would feature on the Lollipop hitmaker's forthcoming LP, Tha Carter IV.
