The limelight loving Lohans are fighting again

Lindsay Lohans parents have embarked on a new battle over custody of their children- after finalising their divorce last summer.

The former couple returned to court after Michael Lohan complained that ex-wife Dina was violating a previous agreement to let him see their 2 youngest children Ali and Dakota.

Speaking on the Lohans behalf a representative stated the couple were doing what's in the best interests of the children and that they would appreciate that they are allowed to participate in their children's lives without the press".

The fact the couple declined to comment themselves comes as something of a surprise considering Dina Lohan is currently starring in a reality TV show alongside her daughter Ali.

Michael Lohan has been commenting on his problems in a U.S showbiz magazine column too!

The case has been adjourned until July 14.
