LL Cool J Does His Bit For Charity

The rapper joins American Red Cross...

Legendary rap star LL Cool J has been asked to join The American Red Cross’ National Celebrity Cabinet to promote the services of the international non-profit organization.

The rapper will join several other celebrities who have volunteered their time and effort in responding to disasters and other emergencies.

The President and CEO of American Red Cross, Gail McGovern said: "The American Red Cross runs on the valuable service of volunteers to fulfill our mission, and we are grateful that these celebrities are setting an example by volunteering their time and talents to help raise awareness of our work in responding to disasters, providing blood, helping military members and their families and promoting preparedness through first aid or CPR classes."
