Marilyn Manson is gearing up for the release of his new album The High End Low following a two year absence.

Manson, who hasn’t released a studio album since the 2007 LP Eat Me, Drink Me has announced his latest single offering will be available as a free download on his official website from Friday.

The track, We’re From America is only a sneak preview of the singer’s new material with the LP’s first official single Arma…geddon being released on 18^th May.

Marilyn has teamed with Twiggy Ramirez (for the first time in close to a decade), plus keyboardist Chris Vrenna, and dummer Ginger Fish on this latest album.

They will be joining the singer at various festivals this summer including Download in June.

The Tainted Love singer said of his new release: “I think my life definitely ended and began. The record sounds very final, but it's almost optimistic - though that feels like a strange word to use. It's a phoenix from the fire and a redemption resurrection.”
