Matt Cardle: "Rihanna Is Unstoppable"

EXCLUSIVE | The XF star doesn't mind losing out to RiRi in the singles chart...

Matt Cardle has exclusively told MTV.co.uk that there will be no hard feelings between himself and Rihanna, if the Bajan babe's We Found Love prevents him from scoring another No.1 single.

The 2010 X Factor winner, who performed with RiRi on last year's final, is currently behind the 23-year old in the midweek chart, as Rihanna looks likely to remain the UK's No.1 single, leaving Matt's Run For You Life in fifth place.

When asked about Rihanna stopping him from hitting the top spot, Cardle revealed: "You know, good on her. Everyone's out there fighting for that spot and she’s killing it. She’s unstoppable."

"She’s just got it all. She looks amazing, she sounds amazing and just her track record for churning out No.1’s is just insane. She did it this week so, cheers!"

The 28-year old went on to joke: "If it was like that Surfing Bird Song then that would really p**s me off but it’s not, it’s Rihanna."

Matt, who has previously confessed his love for RiRi, also told us that he would "probably just wet himself" if he ever went on a date with the sexy S&M singer.
