Michael Jackson could be forced to cancel more of his O2 Arena gigs as he battles skin cancer- claims a report.

The Sun claims The King Of Pop will have to undergo radiotherapy to beat the disease and that this could delay his gigs.
Jacko and his doctors have always denied claims that he is suffering from skin cancer.
The singer is due to play 50 shows in London starting this July but recently rescheduled three gigs.
A source apparently told The Sun: “The last thing he wants to do is let down his fans. But it may be that radiation is still needed. That can have nasty side effects and leave him unable to sing.”
