Michael Jackson's ex-landlord is reportedly suing the late legend's estate for damage that was caused to the property when MJ was living there between 2008 and 2009.

According to TMZ.com, landlord Aner Iglesias has filed a creditors claims to those who have been left to look after Jacko's finances after his death last June, thought to have been caused by a Propofol overdose.

Iglesias, who owned the Las Vegas home that Jacko rented with his three children over two years ago, has claimed he never received the $234,000 worth of damage MJ allegedly caused when living at the property.

The You Rock My World singer is accused of causing damage to both the inside and outside of the property - including the phone and alarm.

Iglesias has since stated that he has received no compensation for the damage to the house, leaving him no choice but to file the lawsuit in LA.

In February, he decided to sell the house, putting it on the market for $12.8 million.
