Thom Yorke For New Moon Soundtrack

Thom Yorke will contribute a brand new song to the New Moon soundtrack according to the director.
The Radiohead frontman has only recorded one album of solo material (The Eraser) away from the band so this is certainly a triumph for the filmmakers.
Director Chris Weitz told reporters that a song by Yorke will be on the soundtrack to the Twilight sequel by that he had yet to hear it.
He said: “I selfishly want to put songs in by artists I love. And some the cast and crew also happen to love.”
Weitz also confirmed that cult folk band Bon Iver have contributed a track for New Moon and he’s hoping to get Kings Of Leon on the soundtrack.
At a recent appearance at Latitude Festival Yorke debuted a new song called The Present Tense.
