Noel Gallagher Attacked

The Oasis man is injured whilst playing on stage in Canada

Noel Gallagher has been hurt after being attacked by a fan whilst at a festival in Toronto, Canada.

As Oasis played, 47 year old Daniel Sullivan ran on stage and pushed Noel over onto his amplifier.

Though he left the stage briefly and came back on to finish the set the Manc was later treated in hospital.

A spokesman for the group said Gallagher may have fractured a rib and sustained ligament damage.

The fan Sullivan has been charged by police in Canada.

Video footage of the incident has appeared on the internet and shows Noels brother Liam being held back from retaliating by security.
