Noel Gallagher Insults Dannii Minogue and Madonna

Oasis singer Noel Gallagher has been ruffling feathers again...

Jay-Z fans can relax though, this time Mr. Gallagher has launched a verbal attack aimed at the hit TV talent show The X Factor and one of the judges - no not Simon Cowell - but Kylie's sister Dannii Minogue.

Speaking to the BBC's Radio Times magazine, the Oasis man said:

"If somebody is dangling fame in front of a check-out girl from Barnsley they're going to go for it because they live in a s**thole.

"You're in with a No 1 and you've got Dannii Minogue telling you you're really talented - and if there's one person who wouldn't know talent if it kicked them, it's Dannii Minogue."

Noel added that the prize should be changed to remove the "instant fame" aspect, he told the BBC mag:

"Instead of instant fame the prize ought to be, 'I'll introduce you to someone who might, if you're lucky, know a producer who'd record one of your songs.'"

Noel also criticised Madonna, saying the star "has all the money in the world and yet she still works out six hours a day.

"Six hours! In a gym! You sleep for eight, right - so that's 14 gone already. What do you do with your one hour off?"
