Biggie Lawsuit Dismissed

A lawsuit from The Notorious B.I.G.’s estate against the city of Los Angeles has been dismissed.

The long running proceedings- first filed in 2002- alleged the authorities were complicit in the star’s “wrongful death.”

Biggie- real name Christopher Wallace- was murdered in 1997, and no one has ever been charged over the death.

Reports say dropping the case could actually lead to arrests over the killing. LA law officials said that the Police investigation is ongoing.

The rap star’s lawyers said they still wanted access to police records from the original investigation.
